Once we have our social security number on file, then include the following information for each assignment:

OVERTIME Should an assignment go over the allotted time, please inform SLR immediately, prior the next business day. SLR's procedure is to invoice consumers within one business day. If SLR is not aware of extra time, and an invoice is sent to the consumer, SLR will be unable to bill for this extra time and therefore can not pay the interpreter for the extra time in question.

BILLING DISCREPANCIES Should a difference arise between the interpreter's invoice figures and the amount SLR calculates for billing, the interpreter will be contacted by either email or phone. If no response is received, the invoice is entered with the changes and a copy of the changed invoice is sent with payment.

BILLING FREQUENCY If you are doing several assignments within the week for SLR, feel free to combine them. It is requested that the interpreter invoice SLR within one week of service in order to better assist with billing discrepancies.
